Sailing On The Solent, Ocean Village Marina, Southampton
Hampshire is well known for its fantastic coastline. It stretches the length of the Solent, an area world renowned for its sailing. The Solent encompasses a large area of protected water, steeped in historical and natural beauty.
Accommodation

Day 1
Day one starts with individual travel to The Harbour Hotel Ocean, in Southampton. As part of our corporate event management services, our event managers will already be at the hotel. They will be ready to welcome you and your guests upon arrival. In addition, the hotel is fully equipped to host any business meetings during the daytime and the first day allows for time to host these meetings.
Evening:
Guests can explore the area before enjoying drinks at one of the bars overlooking the marina. A drinks reception then takes place at the hotel’s top floor in a spectacular rooftop destination bar. Dinner is then hosted in a private area in The Jetty. Here you’ll be dining on locally-caught seafood with seasonal ingredients, paired with eclectic wines and sea views.
Day 2
Day 2 starts with breakfast in The Jetty before guests board the yachts in the marine. Guests will then head out along Southampton Water and into the Solent for an exciting day of leisure cruising.
Lunch will be served onboard at Osborne Bay, Isle of Wight overlooking historic Osbourne House. On the way back, guests will get to participate in a fun race back to the marina and upon return, can relax and take advantage of the spa facilities.
Evening:
The evening offers a luxury champagne drinks reception on the rooftop terrace again, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views overlooking the Solent.
Day 3
Day three begins with another leisurely breakfast in The Jetty, overlooking the water. The morning allows for plenty of time to have more fun on the water with RIB rides around The Needles and the opportunity to ride on the jet skis.
Southampton Water Activities Centre is a premier south coast water sports centre close by, offering guests the chance to try sailing, windsurfing, power boating or SUP boarding throughout the morning too.
Once the activities have finished, guests will meet back at the Ocean Village Marina for a late lunch, before departing back home.
