A big thanks for giving us ASMs the opportunity to be involved – I always say ‘hosting’ is never a responsibility, but a privilege. Natalie and Kate did a superb job again – they both make it so easy and enjoyable for us all.

I would like to pass on my gratitude for the experience I have had with Kate and the team recently at Geneva and Morzine. From the first point of contact Kate has shown what an absolute superstar she is. From meeting us at the airport , getting refreshments and offering to take care of our bags and coats. To overhearing a conversation where 3 guys said they had always wanted to Ski-doo and within 24 hours we were all sitting on them. The precision was nothing short of incredible and likened to a military operation. You should be immensely proud to have Kate on your team at the AWD Group.

We both certainly very much enjoyed the weekend, and would like to thank you, Richard, Natalie and TGB for a really super time. This has to be one of the very best Toyota weekends Helen and I have been on. Really well organised, Hotel really top notch in a fantastic location, food/service super, activities were really memorable – especially Edinburgh Castle/ Ceilidh/ Kilts.

I just wanted to send you a thank you for all of your efforts looking after the aftersales team at Morzine this weekend. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone about the trip but more importantly how you looked after everyone.

Kate was the perfect host and was a credit to your Team, looked after every body and as you know that takes some doing.

I just wanted to thank you and Natalie from Fiona and myself for a fantastic weekend. From the moment we arrived at check in until we left I don’t think we could have been looked after any better.

Just a quick note to express mine & Annes appreciation for an absolutely wonderful weekend at The Shangri-La in the Shard, London. We have had a number of experiences & memories that will stay with us for a long time, the whole weekend was brilliantly organised and managed by yourself & Natalie, we could not want for anything more.

Thank you for yet again making the Toyota first trip an absolute success, you really do make my job amazingly easy, and all the prep work you put in to the trip is really great, and overall you are a genuinely nice person which makes the whole experience far better.

A massive Thank You for making Skizeen such a great trip. From before the start to after the finish, you – and during, Ian – were the perfect hosts and I enjoyed your company and the activities so much.

Just a quick note to thank you both for making the recent trip amazing. I would particularly thank Ian for his support with the fat bike riding and snow walking. He’s a great guy.

Everything was just brilliant. We’ve been on a few non Toyota manufacturer experiences and this was by far the best.

We just wanted to convey our thanks for this weekend in Edinburgh. Going over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable…. with the added hindrance of my limited mobility! And then the extras to make James’s birthday special!! You’re an absolute Diamond!
