Formed by Arthur Dalziel, formerly Marketing Director of GE Capital, AWD is a family owned company. AWD is managed by Natalie Dalziel-Walker, and supported by Kate Sampson and an operational team.

Over 20 Years Event Management Experience.

Natalie has considerable experience in the event management industry and has worked with AWD since 1999. Her previous career included managing a group of specialist care homes for people with severe learning disabilities. Additionally, she owned and managed her own food preparation and distribution business. Both previous work experiences have given Natalie an excellent ability for planning and managing events. She always takes great care and attention to detail which is carried through into every event.

Kate is multilingual and has a wide history in the events industry, working all over the world for over 25 years. With projects ranging from small management meetings, incentives and organising large conferences for over 3500 delegates.

Both Natalie and Kate have been working in the events industry for over 20 years and have a massive passion for organising and looking after everyone. They take huge personal pride in everything they do and love nothing more than looking at those finer details to ensure that every event runs perfectly and is a memorable experience for everyone. They are extremely well regarded by clients, as their enthusiasm and dedication is outstanding and are especially asked to be the client event managers on site.
